Lisa Cowan, CSS Founder, used her top-notch organizational skills and insight to earn a MS in Library and Information Science and forge a well-respected career in high tech. A true working manager (and multi-tasking goddess), Ms. Cowan thrives when taming chaos.

Charles Dollins is the latest addition to the CSS staff and has worked with technology for several years as a Microsoft Access database developer and programmer, a software trainer, and a network engineer. In addition, he has years of experience in hardware, operating systems, software and internet technologies. We welcome the addition of the new skills he brings to CSS!
